Return/Exchange:

Our Policy: You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Due to the fragile nature of our art prints, items must be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging. There is no restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Modern Minimal Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit. To arrange, please contact customerservice@modernminimal.co for instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Replacements are typically sent within 2–3 business days. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

how is the artwork packaged and shipped?

To prevent damage, your prints are handled with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in flawless condition. Unframed posters are meticulously rolled in protective tissue and shipped in reinforced structural tubes to prevent creasing or damage during transit. Framed pieces are packaged in impact-resistant corrugated boxes.
can I purchase these designs anywhere else? 

No. Modern Minimal Co. is the exclusive home for "The Abstract Tourist" series. Because you are buying directly from the original designer, you are guaranteed an authentic, high-fidelity reproduction exactly as the artist intended. 
what happens if my print arrives with a flaw?

Every ModernMinimal poster is made-to-order using high-quality giclée printing. Each poster order is individually printed specifically for you. Our custom printing process allows us to be ecologically responsible by adopting a 1:1 zero-waste company philosophy. 

We hold our products to exacting standards. In the rare event that your print or frame suffers transit damage, is incorrectly fulfilled, or does not meet our strict quality control requirements, contact us immediately. We will swiftly replace any compromised pieces to ensure your collection remains absolutely pristine. 

You must report a customer service issue within 15 days of receipt. Email us at the address below: customerservice@modernminimal.co

Our prints are currently available in three proportional sizes; 12"x18", 20"x30", and 24"x36" to accommodate various interior layouts. If you are a first-time buyer looking to start your collection, we recommend measuring your wall space carefully.
