Refund policy

Every ModernMinimal poster is made-to-order using high-quality giclée printing. Each poster order is individually printed specifically for you. Our custom printing process allows us to be ecologically responsible by adopting a zero-waste company philosophy. 

We hold our products to exacting standards. In the rare event that your print or frame suffers transit damage, is incorrectly fulfilled, or does not meet our strict quality control expectations, contact us immediately. We will swiftly replace any compromised pieces to ensure your collection remains absolutely pristine. 

Inspect Your Order 
Please inspect your order upon delivery. You must report a customer service issue within 15 days of receipt by emailing customerservice@modernminimal.co. with a photo of the damaged or defective item. After review, we’ll reach out to resolve the issue promptly. Reports submitted after 15 days will not be eligible. 

Eligibility 
To qualify for an exchange/replacement, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges & Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • We'll replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.
  • If the fault is ours, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at customerservice@modernminimal.co.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping 
If your return is accepted, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the fault is ours.
